Vaproizers: We accept warranty exchanges (1-for1) in the instance of a malfunctioning vaporizer. PUFFCO, STORZ & BICKEL, DAVINCI & CARTA products must be sent back to the company for warranty repair. Please note, the return process takes 2+ weeks.
Vector Torches- All Vector products have a lifetime warranty. Should your torch or lighter stop working to the best of it’s ability, we will send it out for warranty repair for you. A loaner torch can be provided if necessary. Due to hazmat material, we have to send torches in groups, this may extend the amount of time until your torch is returned to you.
Special Blue Torches- As long as the torch you are trying to return is currently in stock, we will honor a 1-for-1 warranty exchange on malfunctioning units.
Glass- We can only accept glass returns for structural or fitting issues. In most fitting cases, we will issue an exchange for the proper size. All returns must be unused, and you must notify us within 48 hours of purchasing.
Glass School- Single lessons or packages: You must cancel via phone with a customer service rep or email to firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than 48 hours before your first scheduled lesson.
All gift certificates are good for 1 year after purchase. Gift Certificates can not be exchanged for cash.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
