Refund and Returns Policy


If you are having any kind of issue with your vaporizer, bring it down to the shop! Our experienced staff can help troubleshoot the problem for you. Something that sets our shop apart from others is our long-standing relationships with countless brands in the industry, allowing us to offer exchanges (1-for-1) in the instance of a malfunctioning 510 thread battery. If we are unable to fix the issue and the battery is ultimately defective, we are able to swap it out for a new one without a receipt or box in most cases (exceptions listed below). This policy does not apply to vapes purchased online. 

Puffco,  Storz & Bickel, Yocan, & CARTA all come with instructions on how to register the product with the vendor in the case that product must be sent back to the company for warranty repair. This is something the customer is responsible for, but we are more than happy to assist with this process. Please note, the return process through these specific vendors can take 2+ weeks. 

Vector Torches

All Vector products have a lifetime warranty. Should your Vector torch or lighter stop working to the best of its ability, we can send it out for warranty repair for you. A loaner torch can be provided if necessary. Due to hazmat material, we have to send torches in groups, this may extend the amount of time until your torch is returned to you.

Special Blue Torches

As long as the Special Blue torch you are trying to return is currently in stock, we will honor a 1-for-1 warranty exchange on malfunctioning units.


We can only accept glass returns for structural or fitting issues. In most fitting cases, we will issue an exchange for the proper size. All returns must be unused, and you must notify us within 48 hours of purchasing.

Glass Lessons

Single lessons or packages: You must cancel via phone with a customer service rep or email to,  no later than 48 hours before your first scheduled lesson.

All gift certificates are good for 1 year after purchase. Gift Certificates can not be exchanged for cash.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an item in exchange for your return, you must pay the additional shipping costs as well as any difference in price.


Please Note

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are purchasing a more expensive item, you can request that we add package insurance through the mail provider shipping the item (we typically use USPS or UPS). A small fee is added in this instance, but if the item is damaged during shipping, this ensures that you are compensated by the mail provider for the value of that item.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, you can reach out to us at and we can assist by filing a claim with USPS or UPS to hopefully find your package. In most cases where the package is not successfully delivered, it is returned to us because of a typo on the address. Luckily in that case we just re-mail the item to you with the correct address, but please make sure you are double checking that before ordering with us to ensure you don’t have to pay additional shipping and are able to get your order as soon as possible! 

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment if an item is defective or damaged.

Coloring may appear slightly different from what a picture shows.  This can be caused by lighting.
