How Do I Use a Chillum?
It’s easy! Just pack your herb into the bowl. Models with wider bowls allow for more product to be added at once, creating a more intense hit, whereas smaller chillums are great for conserving bud or taking small tokes.
When lighting up your chillum, angle the bowl up to ensure nothing spills out. On this sort of pipe, there is no carburetor so you won’t have to worry about covering it! We recommend starting out with small tokes until you get the hang of it!
How Do I Clean a Chillum?
One of the reasons people love chillums is they are easy to clean. Start by soaking the pipe with your favorite glass cleaner in a ziplock bag for a few minutes. Then, shake the bag back and forth to agitate the contents and remove any residue. This loosens any resin on the pipe so it can be removed easily. Any remaining bits can be removed by inserting a pipe cleaner inside the pipe. Lastly, rinse thoroughly and enjoy!
