How To Use
Sunset Lake CBD’s Extra Strength CBD Muscle Rub is for topical use only. Because this product contains menthol and lidocaine, please keep it away from your eyes, open wounds, and sensitive areas.

For the best results, take a small amount of rub from the jar with your finger and massage it into your skin above the affected area. Use small circles and some pressure until the rub is fully absorbed into your skin.

Apply as needed. Please do not use more than 8 tablespoons of this muscle rub in a 24-hour period. Wash your hands after applying this rub.
Our Recommendation
Depending on your situation, you can use this Muscle Rub in a number of different ways.

Bring it to the gym – Keep a jar of this stuff in your gym bag. Apply before or after strenuous activity to prevent muscle tightness. We also recommend stretching as you normally would.
